A four member delegate from Pakistan Tunneling and Trenchless Society (PTTS) headed by Dr. Abdul Qudoos Khan, Dir TIP, represented Pakistan in WTC 2023 where Pakistan was formally admitted as a ‘Member Nation’ with PTTS as the affiliate society and as ‘Contact Member’. The delegate interacted with tunneling societies and institutes of different countries, consultants, software developers and equipment manufacturers to explore areas of interest for working together for mutual benefit.

Pakistan now stands among the 79 member nations of ITA ready to work in close harmony with international community for development of underground construction industry in the country.
